Hi,
My name is Valerie Swentkowski. I've been a Certified Homeopath and Nutritional Therapist for the last four years, and I practice within a clinical and welcoming environment in Summit County, Colorado--in the beautiful town of Frisco--as well as through long distance phone consultations. One patient at a time!
Being challenged to maintain health under the Winter weather conditions of Summit County, Colorado, I came to Homeopathy and Nutrition through a long journey of studies for my own sake on Integrative Healthcare as Preventative Medicine.
As a child, antibiotics were the solutions to my health concerns, and my parents put all their faith in our family doctor when I was suffering from stomach and liver problems. The side effects of these treatments were undesirable, but at the time I did not know that there were other ways to treat illness: building immunity through nutrition to regain health.
My doctor treated my symptoms, not the cause of my illness.
So, as an adult, I came to practice healthy living and started getting treatments with homeopathy, nutrition, and fitness. The immune system being the first defense that our body offers to fight disease, strengthening it would be the answer to prevent further illness.
My Homeopathic and Nutrition Therapy practice is based on the Philosophy of Regeneration® and customized nutrition supplementation to treat the person as a whole.
